Unsafe structure with health concerns (standing water, appliances, trash, weeds, open structure).
abandoned(vacant) property, appears dangerous, roof falling in, concerned it could be a hazard
neighbor states house abandoned, hole in back yard, trees and debris in hole, dangerous structure, dangerous property
House is not inhabited, but has been in the same dilapidated and unsafe state since 2017 when the current owner purchased it. It appears to be used as a storage unit and not a residential property. There are supplies/materials piled up in the front yard, driveway, and garage (there is no garage door). It is very much an eyesore.
complaintant reports tall grass and abandoned vechicle.
This is a general observation. Over the last few years I have been seeing metal sheets screwed to Bloomington roads, presumably to cover work in progress. I have observed a problem with many of these sheets. They are screwed down with small gauge screws. They are not sufficient to keep the sheets secure. They work their way out and stick up an inch in some places. Their heads are small. They look sharp enough to damage a tire, and a damaged tire is a safety issue.
