The neighbors dog is consistently outside unattended and is aggressive towards the occupants at 5008 Harvest Ct. There have been several close calls with the dog attempting to bite. To establish a record I am asking for assistance. The latest incident was today (9/6/2023) at approximately 8:26. The driver, Jordy Wittmer, provided a video to me of which the attached picture was taken. I am the owner of the home at 5008 and Mr. Wittmer is one of my tenets. We have rectangle tracks of land - this neighbor hasn’t mowed this section of his yard all summer and it is now 4 feet high with snakes in the grass. Others around have been made to mow it and have kept up their grass.

Traffic has increased dramatically. The speed limit needs to be enforced! Today my dog was hit. Everyday it's another close call. I own both side of road, sometimes cattle an livestock are out on the road. Maybe a farm sign could be erected, or speed limit lowered, but something needs to change.

Pothole Developing in the roadway.

Large pothole on the south end of the cul-de-sac. Currently shallow, but I'm worried it's going to get deep enough to do damage. Not sure whether we're in city limits. If not, please let me know who to contact. Thanks, Robert
