The house next to my property has some new people in it. I do not know if they are the new owners or they are just renting but they are running a daycare business out of the home. There are at least 10 kids being dropped off and picked up each day. Vehicles block my driveway in the evenings. Is this legal? Can they run this out of their home? I really like it when drivers have to go over the speed limit, in the wrong lane, to pass me when I'm already going the speed limit downhill on my bike. Makes me feel super safe. (Plllease patrol these potentially deadly motorist behaviors)
