The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW. Illegal dumpers dumped this twin mattress set in the alley adjacent to 1127 W. 6th Street. The dumping appeared during the late morning of Saturday 22nd, May. My neighbor and I both just missed seeing who did it within a 15 minute window. One city truck has passed it without picking it up so far. Please have them return and take care of this. I would have driven it to the city dump if I knew where to take it; and now my car is in shop again so I cannot.

Hello,
Yesterday (Tuesday, June 28, 2016) a new sidewalk was built next door at 1119 N. Lincoln Street. The left over concrete was dumped in the tree plot at the southeast corner of my lot at 1125 N. Lincoln Street.
I would appreciate it if you could see that this problem is corrected.
Thank you,
Kevin Haggerty
