there is a pothole in the alley between 714 and 718 W Kirkwood Avenue. People are now driving in my yard at 718 to avoid. I would appreciate if this can be fixed to minimize damage to my yard. Thank you!

The vehicle barriers where the B Line spur crosses Madison (around 2603 S Madison) are down on bith sides. One is actually broken and has been since February. The broken barrier was first reported in Feb 2018.

Can the City please do something to encourage Kroger to use or sell the eastside Marsh. A corporation buying a building and keeping it empty intentionally to dissuade competition is not cool. Please forward to Mayor's office so he knows residents do not want a large building sitting empty unfairly. Thank you. Other Cities have found solutions to such behaviors.
