Mr. Eckert called to report that the property at 1022 N. Woodburn has been vacant for years. He reported that the yard is full of trash, tires, broken glass, rats, etc. His concern is health related since he lives next door.
Portable sign (advertising alcoholic drinks) in front of the El Torres Mexican Restaurant on College Mall Road is a zoning violation.

THERE ARE NO SIDEWALKS IN THIS AREA. THE WATER RUNS DOWN PARK AVENUE, ACROSS ACEVODO'S DRIVEWAY, INTO HER YARD AND ENDS UP UNDER HER HOUSE. HER HOUSE IN ON PARTIAL CRAWLSPACE, PARTIAL BASEMENT. SHE WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE AREA.
