Police Dept. called spoke w/ Susie Re: Illegal Dumping in dumpster located at 1130 W. Kirkwood, this has beening going on for several months. The peole dumping in her dumpster are Darel and Loretta Ruble who live at 1208 1/2 W. Kirkwood Ave. 47404. She has proof that they are the people dumping.
This address has cars parking in the yard and has trash in the yard.
The house at 1817 E. 2nd St. has allowed newspapers to accumulate in front of the front door.
Police Dept. called and stated that Mrs. Dike called them to report that someone dumped trash in her driveway. Mrs. Dike wants someone to call her re: this issue.
Larry called and stated that 150 Willow Ct. has three week of trash sitting out side of it.

Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.
trash and copy machine in the alley. complainant has had rats in his basement. trash builds up behind the house at 412-414. Complainant wants NCO to call and meet with him and look at the problem together. this was a problem in august of 2004 and after getting ticket(s?) was better for a few weeks/month. this is on monday trash route.
The sidewalk next to the shopping center that contains the Copper Cup has snow on the sidewalk.
