North side of building someone crossed over the fence and spray painted the side of the building. On the opposite side of the building facing 4th street....we have more graffiti which looks to be a tag.
Former Sullivan's Store building at 115 N. Washington Street. Downspouts were tagged with marker (?) The building is currently vacant and available to rent.
