Resident called (twice) in said the crew took his trash can, it was not old and beat up, and he wants us to give him a new one. He did not want to get anyone in trouble, and he was very nice, not mad. Shelby had dean take him a new can today 11/24/10.
Courtesy Pick up. stated we missed; called mayor's office. matt got on 11/19. resident calls in frequently stating we miss their trash, recycle and yard waste a lot. is habitual with oversized containers, late set outs.
Neighbor called to say the trash never goes out on trash day. She is sick of seeing it and it gets strung out all over her yard.
