Unsafe Buildings

The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in.
There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given.
This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you.
Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord.
Thanks for your time.

The house next to my property has some new people in it. I do not know if they are the new owners or they are just renting but they are running a daycare business out of the home. There are at least 10 kids being dropped off and picked up each day. Vehicles block my driveway in the evenings. Is this legal? Can they run this out of their home? The address of the day care is 2113 S. Locust Court 47401
