Ms. Angust stated the the property owner at 804 W. 7th Street (John Bavender) has placed metal fence post on the property line between his property and the City alley. Ms Angust stated that the post were not installed correctly and that the post lean into the alley, since then he has placed cement blocks around the post that she thinks encroach into the alley
Residents at 1303 Matlock have private trash haulers. They put their trash to be picked up on the neighbors property instead of their own property.
An old refrigerator was on back stoop, but now in front of garage. Also a car w/outdated plates and flat tires in front of garage. Garage at back.
Cans @ the curb for 3 days.
