the old power lines supported by the street lights are getting weighted down by more and more hanging fratboy sneaker pairs. A few years ago one of the lines a little further down the block heavy with sneakers came down and started a fire.

Grass is very long, but landlord needs some "nudging" to get him to maintain the property. Perhaps a large fine would encourage him to be a better steward of the properties he owns (?)
