PROPERTY ENCOMPASSES 821 CHAMBERS ALSO & BACKS UP ALL THE WAY TO DUNCAN DR. PROPERTY HAS A FENCE ROW WHICH IS FULL OF BRUSH; TRASH; POISON IVY; VINES INTO POWERLINES AND HAS A HUGE PILE OF BRUSH HARBORING ANIMALS WHICH HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS.
Dumpster has been full of trash for 4-6 weeks.
Received voice mail of sofa and trash off the front deck for 2-3 weeks.
Received call from Risk of overgrowth in yard protruding into the street (scratching vehicles). NW corner Woodlawn & Maxwell.
A DUMPSTER HAS BEEN SITTING IN THIS DRIVEWAY AND IS LOADED WITH TRASH AND HAS BEEN FOR SOME TIME. GETTING STINKY AND OVERFLOWING.
Owner,James R. Brown, wrote and stated he would like the bill for this property reviewed by USB Subcommittee. He does not think he should be responsible for large, delinquent account of his former tenants.
ENTIRE BLOCK FROM OLD RCA PROPERTY TO RAILROAD TRACKS HAS WEEDS 14" HIGH ON SIDEWALK..IN PARKING LOT AND WHERE BUD'S RESTAURANT USED TO BE HAVE HIGH WEEDS.
Owner wrote re. property at 1104 E. Azalea Lane in Bloomington. Tenant moved leaving large, unpaid bill. Owner does not feel she should be held responsible for bill and request review by USB Subcommittee.
