Excessive trash and furniture dumped at front and rear of prpoerty

Trash on west side of house along alley. Garbage is everywhere, being dragged into neighboring property by wild animals and wind. Been like this for weeks.

The dumpsters are full and overflowing with trash and there is broken furniture dumped on the outside of dumpsters as well.

There is trash in the yard, AGAIN! Alos, the house is a hoarders mess! You can see the trash from the windows, floor to ceiling debris!
