This was taken by HAND Dept. The citizen stated that there are flowers blocking the line of sight at the corner of 6th & Oak. They did not state what corner. It was thought to be on the South side of 6th Street.

Mowing
The street light at the intersection of Woodburn Ave and 15th street is out. This was observed on the evening of Sept 25th, 2017. This is a dark neighborhood and cannot have its intersection lights inoperative. Few residents keep their porch lights on as I do front and back.

STAND ON 15TH AND LOOK IN OPENENDED GARAGE AND SEE THE HUGE PILE OF TRASH THAT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT SINCE CHRISTMAS BREAK.
