Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! The address of the house is 3603 S Kingsbury Ave. It is on the corner of Allendale and Kingsbury. As you turn onto Kingsbury it is the first house on the left. There is a row of bushes/hedges in front of 1003 W. 1st Street that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of the apartment complex at 909 W. 1st Street. There have been other complaints (8/24/06 & 12/27/07) in regards to this problem. The property owner at 1003 trims the bushes/hedges back but they continue to grow back and cause a line of sight problem.
