Multi-unit building has 10 trash cans that are overflowing; open bags; trash doesn't get into the can. Caller states that this is a constant problem and would like this property on a weekly drive-by to monitor. Caller afraid a rat problem will result from the trash problems.
There is a unsafe structure at the above address. The entire front of the sturcture has been blown off.
Front door is now open, roof has holes in it, floor looks unsafe. Believe people are going in and out and may be living in here. Full packs of cigarettes and beer cans in here.
House had fire a few months ago. Water pipe burst after that and flooded the basement. Basement door is not secured. House is very unsafe.
The address is to give you a close approximation. Citizen did not know exact address. The house in on the west side of Eastside Drive where Hunter Avenue intersects. The tenants had a party last night and there is trash thrown everywhere. The drainage ditch that runs along this area is not full of trash and trash cans. The place is a mess.
Mr. Blessing called and stated that he owns a piece of property that contains 4 houses. He has disputes with the utility bills for these 4 houses and has talked to Steve Saulter. Mr. Blessing wants to take his complaint to the USB Admin. Subcommittee.
Mr. Adams received large bill for former residence on 1221 N. Maple St. He wrote requesting info how this amount could be so large. Mr. Waller states that Cust. Serv. had wrong social security # on notice and that application could not be located. Would like an explanation.
