Parking spot lines on Madison St / 7th St need to be repainted. I've submitted 4-5 Ureports on this since 2018 and been told it would be taken care of each time. This isn't even my car in the picture, but I'm not sure how you can keep ticketing people here. The spots are not marked at all. Parking Enforcement has become very aggressive on this block despite no efforts to improve anything in 6+ years.
Please replace the lights in the bike tunnel that goes under Bypass 46 and 7th street. I've received a report of someone being assaulting while they were on their bike.

There is not stop sign here. There should be stop signs on both sides of the street to make it safer for pedestrians crossing the hill.
Turn signals triggering when cars aren't in the turn lanes.
About 20ft back from the southwest corner of 8th and Washington (between the street and the sidewalk) there is the bottom/stump of what was maybe a parking sign. If moving to the side to allow someone to pass on sidewalk or more likely someone getting out of the passenger side of a car could injure themselves, especially at night. Please remove or replace. Hi. I appreciate the curb-side pick up of trash and recycling. This week (yesterday) after our Tuesday morning pick-up of trash, I noticed that one of the two attachment points for the lid of our city trash container had broken. It was not broken before the pick-up. I understand that the wonderful no-touch process is challenging for the operator, who is working in cold, dark winter streets with large and imprecise equipment, trying to complete a large job in a limited amount of time. Things break. I can go to the roll of duct tape to attempt a fix, but I wanted you to be aware of the issue and I'd like to know what you propose as the preferred solution. thanks, Kelly
Turn signals for east and west traffic is triggered although no cars are in the turn lane.
The chain on one of the swings on the playground had broken. A new chain would be oh so nice. Thank you!
