This house has been abandoned since bob raper died over two years ago. The roof is caving in and the neighbors are concerned about squatters. What is the status? This is a blight on our neighborhood.

The shared-detached garage between 806 and 810 N. Lincoln is in a severe state of deterioration.
Robin's daughter visits her father in the third unit at 1310 N. Maple. He rents this unit from his parents. Robin reports that much electrical work and plumbing work was done at the house without the proper permits and that the work was not done properly. A wood stove was also installed without the proper "venting". (I checked this address on the rental system and it shows that there are only 2 approved rental units. There is a house on the corner of 16th and Woodburn that is falling down. It is all boarded up and there are homeless people living in it. People are always breaking in it.
