Farmers Market was fine for years. Ms. Jackson against spending large amount of money for new shelter--was waste of taxpayers' money. She is taxed to death and yet the City won't pick up her leaves. This is simply mismanagement.

The owners of Kilroy's (Bill & Linda Prall) have Rumpke dumpsters blocking a portion of the alley, there is also a backhoe in the alley as well as other trucks. Kathy stated that they would try talking to the owner before "filing" complaint.
