Citizen stated that sticker was on trash but Sanitation crews did not pick up. Larry Barker went out to take a look and talked with crews. There was not a sticker on the trash when the crews went through early a.m.

Neighbor says there are two overflowing trash cans without lids on the alley side of the house, a recycle bin sitting by the curb, a trash bag under a truck parked in the yard (opossums are foraging around the bag). The truck has an 04 tag -- sits in the yard, is not driven.
