was originally marked on the non-collection notice that there was no sticker..driver marked wrong box...it was overweight. supervisor picked it up for resident and made him aware that it was over weight and that there was cat and dog feces in the trash.

Citizen called and stated that her trash was not picked up. Larry went out and checked it. The can was overweight and oversized. Larry left citizen a notice. FINAL NOTICE! CREWS WILL NOT PICK UP AGAIN UNLESS TRASH IS IN COMPLIANCE.
