Courtesy Pick up. This resident has been written up several times and so I sent Roy and Bobby out they talked with resident, he sorted correctly and they brought recycle in. They told him next time he would be fined.
resident called in said it looked like the whole street had been missed. The next day the crew said it was missed because there were cars in the way, and that this has been a problem before. Crew said we had talked with the propery mgr before about this maybe we should do it again.
