I couldn't reach anyone with Animal Control. There is an owl that appears sick or injured on Forrest Ave. close to 14st. He is by the fire hydrant between two large trees on Forrest. He is not moving when approached. Thanks Jill.

The trees are hanging over the sidewalk so low that you have to duck to get by. It is not a well lit road and at night it is dangerous with people running into the branches hanging down.
Street light in the 1400 block of W Adams Hill Cir is not working.
Received a phone call from Don Satler about a street light outage at the intersection of Stephens Drive and Etter Drive. I have reported the outage to Duke Energy.
Ms. Hardin's mother contacted DPW about the street light outage near daughter's house.
