Caller to HAND reporting that there is trash and other items in the yard and front driveway. Appears that tenants have moved out and left in this condition. Caller is concerned about rodents, raccoons, etc.
Trash piled up against house and pouring into alley. Management was there yesterday but did nothing about the trash. We phoned HAND about this, but the woman on the phone did not know how to use the uReport system and was unable to find the address.
Mattresses and general trash left in the alley presumed from apartment move outs. Mostly in alley between JL Waters and the Goods for Cooks Building.
