MR. LUCAS CALLED AND STATED THAT SEWER LINES WERE INSTALLED TWICE IN A YEAR (THE LAST BEING ABOUT 5 WEEKS AGO) AND THAT DAMAGE WAS DONE TO HIS PROPERTY AND HAS NOT YET BEEN REPAIRED.
