Vehicle parked on Third just west of Woodlawn blocking bike lane. I (a pedestrian) observed a cyclist dodge out of the bike lane into the traffic lane to avoid collision. Please enforce these problems before a cyclist gets hurt.
There's regularly a vehicle parked on this yellow curb but rarely a ticket. Union St just north of 7th.
Trees need trimmed for sidewalk head height.
Private apartment shuttles block bike lane, especially 'The Dillon'. Ticket these shuttles for illegal use of public bus stops
Left turn signal always begins light cycle when north or southbound on Union. This is frustrating because there usually isn't even a car there to trigger the turn arrow. This causes all other cars to just sit when traffic could have been moving.
Potholes are back and bad
Ped signal buttons at 10th and Union don't work. Haven't worked since January in my experience.
Another day, another clown parked blocking the bike lane on Third. Why is this not enforced?
Currently there are no "zebra stripe" crosswalk markings at the crosswalk on the west side of Third and Jordan. This lack of a clearly marked crosswalk results in pedestrians crossing with the light, but several yards from the intersection where the lighting isn't as good at night. As an IU Campus Bus operator, this concerns me as it could result in a bus-pedestrian collision. I ask that you consider adding pavement markings on the west side of 3rd and Jordan that clearly shows the location of the crosswalk. Thank you!
