Hello, I just wanted to suggest installing traffic lights or adding round abouts at the entrances/exits at Bloomington North. The area is extremely busy around 7:30am and 2:45pm with inexperienced drivers. It’s very difficult to get out of the school. The other area is N. Prow Rd turning onto Arlington. It’s actually pretty unbelievable that there are no lights or added safety precautions for students driving this route daily.
I was an Uber driver sitting westbound on 10th Street waiting for a passenger to come out of the student housing building. I was there less than 7 minutes in my vehicle and I was issued and obstructing traffic citation. The appeal was denied. Moving forward, how does the city want to deal with working vehicles obstructing traffic? Specifically, when semis block an entire Lane on Dunn or Kirkwood to unload beverage and food supplies to the various bars and restaurants? What about FedEx or Amazon delivery trucks that upstruct Lanes as well? Plus countless other rideshare drivers. If this citation is to be upheld, please let me know how to report continuous road obstruction violations that I see numerous times a day as I drive around the city working.
Can we please get some traffic calming measures added to sheffield drive between Morningside and Park Ridge Rd? With the added morningside calming measures Sheffield has become a drag strip for individuals to get to the back of the neighborhood. Children at play signs, etc. are not helping. Any chance for enhanced enforcment and ticket citations?

Right side traveling east on bikepath/tunnel/7th st extension, handrail next to bike path is missing a piece that would prevent being skewered if riding a bike into it. See left side of path in photo for comparison.
Cars speeding on Meadowbrook dr. Several drivers are speeding passed school buses endangering the safety of children . Maybe a sign to get people to slow down or speed bumps would help

Not really an issue per say. More a general question. For people walking down third street is there any way for them speed up the light change when there is no cross traffic coming? I normally try to give it two minutes to change? I've noticed it doesn't change automatically unless there is physical cross traffic sitting at the light. Some nights I have enough time to truly wait other nights when running late waiting there is far to much time in my own opinion. If there isn't that's cool. As I said I'm just curious. Vehicle abandoned in kohls parking lot. Been here at least a month. Flat tire and broken window, and hood of car appears unlatched.
