There is a dip in the road near this location and a pot hole has developed. The surface of the road needs to be raised to prevent the pot hole from reappering. It was fixed last year but is back again.

Now that the house has no more space he is starting to put newspapers into the front yard. The owner has also put gas containers in front of the building.
