I have noticed several unfinished areas along my walking route to downtown. In my neighborhood at the corner of S Dunn St and Wilson there is a large hole with a construction sign lying next to it. In addition the entity left a large oil spill in the gravel leading into the neighborhood green space at that corner.

Trash piled up on porch, attracting animals.
Significant amount of trash in the front yard, sidewalk, and street in front of 111 E 9th
Light out at northbound 37 exit into 3rd street. Traffic backed up heading out of town
