There are potholes up and down 10th street (on campus, just as the road splits going east toward the 46 intersection, at the 46 intersection) that I swear could take my tire out. Please address these.

Massive holes on the east side of Rogers & 4th. Hard to turn left off of rogers onto 4th without hitting them.
I'm not sure who's responsible for this bank of lights on a high pole near the railroad underpass on East 10th St. Could it be shielded so that it lights whatever needs to be lit without being such an eyesore? It's very glaring, and the bulbs face outward (sideways) rather than downward.
I have a video of this dog running up and barking at a woman getting out of a vehicle. This dog has chased down my kids when coming home from school multiple times. It barks consistently at everyone and seems very aggressive. It's rarely on a leash and I'm tired of worrying if one of my kids are going to get attacked everyday after school.
Heading North on Walnut Street, right after you cross 10th Street, first alley on the left/west - there is a massive dip or low point between Walnut Street and the west alley - when you pull in, my car scrapes under the front bumper. May not be an issue for SUV's, but my sedan really notices it, and I have not seen this defect in other repairs on alleys done where they connect with a main street. Thank you!

Spectrum dug a large hole in the yard that hasn't been filled. Afraid that someone will fall in the hole. Tried to contact Spectrum with no response.
