My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up. Landlord rarely cuts grass. Cut it 3 times in 2024. Backyard is even worse.

The trash has been out there since before graduation and now appears to have been gone through by animals. This is terrible and I am afraid this attract rats amongst other things.
