Property next door, appears abandoned, door open, becoming an issue with the homeless and wild animals.
Large pile of bamboo brush on property. Neighbor getting rat holes. Other trash in yard too.
Caller states there is an overgrowth of bamboo at this address causing line-of-sight issues at intersection of 6th and Elm.

Trash everywhere. Caller believes this is a rental. Lisa Farnsworth sold the property to Simeon Baker on contract. Simeon is now renting it without a permit.
