Trees/bushes at the corner of 17th street and N. Willis Drive are blocking the view enough that motor vehicles are unable to see west on 17th street without pulling out into the bicycle lane. The complainant nearly hit a bicyclist whilst trying to pull out onto 17th street. The flora is on Gouldy's lot.
The hedge at 17th & Willis needs to be removed. It is too large and causes a line of sight issue when trying to turn right off of Willis onto 17th Street
