We rent the house at 1902 E 2nd St. Somehow the metal pole for the "No Parking at Any Time" sign in our front yard was broken. The base is still in the ground but the sign and pole are now lying on the ground.
Tenants parking on the lawn again. Mr. Skiba said that the owner of this house is in a nursing home. This is an unregistered rental (file made).
Weight limit of 40 lbs, Exceeds can size of 35 gallons.
