Due to the excessive rain we are experiencing this spring the concrete support for the culvert that crosses the road adjacent to our property has collapsed.

This trash has been setting in front of 406B E. 20th for weeks. Please have it picked up and fine them.
This trash has been setting out in front of 116 E. 19th for weeks. Please have it picked up. And the grass is a foot tall. It's unsightly.
Big pot hole. Hard to avoid
Open garbage left in backyard for at least a few weeks.
Behind the Red Cross building (located where Constellation is) there is a set of concrete stairs that goes to the Grant Street Inn overflow lot (there's a sign that says 'No Exit'). The light next to those stairs is not working. We think it may be a dead lightbulb.
Headley Rd., between E. Maplecrest Dr. and Treadwell Ln., has washed out from the recent heavy rains. There's a lot of pedestrian traffic, bikers, boat trailers, and other vehicles traveling to/from the lake sharing the road. The wash-outs are deep enough to cause substantial issues for bikes, cars, and pedestrians. Please fix it at your earliest convenience, Thank You.
Massive potholes that you have to cross the street for
The gentleman that owns the 3 dilapidated white houses across from Fountain drive. Has repeatedly violated trash pickup rules and left unbagged trash and debris on the sidewalk. When the city did not pick up the strewn trash he left he came back this after noon (7/1/25 @ 6:20pm) and kicked the remaining trash into the street.
A large hole approximately 2 feet deep between the curb and sidewalk on the 600 block of W. 6th St.
