My street runs downhill from Dunn to Walnut. In our older neighborhood, there is no infrastructure to handle stormwater. So the drainage ditch in front of my house and 3 others is the only thing that keeps our street from being flooded completely in any significant rainfall. I maintain it by weeding and cleaning out leaves and litter, along with the culvert that goes under my driveway and can become totally blocked- despite the fact that the debris that blocks it runs down from every house uphill of me to Dunn St. I'm writing two request that this ditch be repaired, as it is full of holes and water is going under it, causing even faster deterioration. Although the ditch was installed by the prior owner and not by the city, it is doing the city's job here; it is handling stormwater and preventing street flooding. This ditch is a small and short-term patch on the major drainage issue in this neighborhood which needs to be addressed in a more comprehensive way soon. My basement, which never had more than a trickle of water for the 23 years I've lived here, regularly floods now. My uphill neighbors' eastern foundation wall collapsed in a rainstorm 2 years ago. Glendora runs like a river in any rainfall, and as you know, rainfalls are getting heavier and more frequent. I will take pictures to show that my ditch keeps one side dry so that the street doesn't flood all the way across. I would really appreciate some short-term help with patching and possibly putting a grate across the culvert, along with a response about a long-term solution. I came home and the water in all my toilets seems to have like exploded all over the bowl... was there utility work being done today? Is my water safe to drink? Its kind of unnerving to come home to this without explanation.

Everyday multiple cars are blocking the wheelchair ramp to the bus stop on both sides of the ramp the bus turns southbound on to North Illinois and cannot see passengers waiting for the bus over the top of SUVs and other vehicles using street parking. Despite a no parking sign, despite calling City parking, the same cars are parked here literally every day. The next nearest bus stop is uphill and on the other Street.

There was a motorcycle accident on west 3rd and Yancy today at 345 pm. It is very difficulty to make a left onto Yancy from West 3rd heading east as you pass Wynnedale to make a left onto Yancy. There is no place to pull off and its extremely difficulty to see oncoming traffic due to the trees blocking your view to oncoming traffic

Caller to HAND reporting that there is trash and other items in the yard and front driveway. Appears that tenants have moved out and left in this condition. Caller is concerned about rodents, raccoons, etc.

Transient man screaming and yelling outside City Hall first thing this morning (around 7AM timeframe). Individual was screaming about pointing guns at him and repeatedly talking to himself. Staff feel uncomfortable entering the building this early in the AM without other security measures in place. The individual then began approaching cars as more staff pulled up for the day to park and come inside City Hall. Again, it is uncomfortable as an individual to leave vehicle and walk alone with someone being unstable and yelling at you. Is there someone on site beginning around 7AM at all?
