There are numerous close calls and way too many accidents at this intersection because cars on Grant aren't aware that cross-traffic on 9th doesn't stop. There was an accident this afternoon and luckily everyone was fine, but I believe it could have been avoided if the city put up a little "Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" sign below the stop signs on Grant. Gravel and dirt built up at the curb ramp making it inaccessible to any wheelchair user.
Not clear which address to use. City-created, grassy area in traffic-control sidewalk extension into the street needs mowing. SW corner of Grant/9th. Is this the responsibility of adjacent property owners? If so, would that be Plantation North Apartments, apparently now being referred to as "Campus Walk North" (CRE Rentals)?

See case #188239 (SW corner of Grant/9th intersection.) Long grass is still a problem. Maybe assign this to someone other than "Jo Stong", because cases assigned to that person are sometimes not dealt with in a timely manner.
