Residents have been accumulating trash along the side of the house for a month.

House located across from Fairview School has trash in the back of house; garage has greasy restaurant equipment stored which has attracted rats. Caller has seen rats going across the street, and he is concerned about the childrens' safety.
Dumpster was overflowing in the north parking lot; JAMAX came to empty the dumpster and dragged trash all over the parking lot; trash blowing everywhere.
Several vacant lots in the 1000 block of W. Countryside Lane has not been mowed. Mr. Relick very upset due to the same problem every year and the length of compliance so that owner only has to mow twice a year.
This was given to the Engineering Department via Risk Management. There is a line of sight problem at the northeast corner of Clark Street & 8th Street. Clark Street stops for 8th. It is difficult for people travelling south on Clark to see oncoming traffic going west on 8th Street due to the shrubs on the northeast corner.
Mr. Rush says next door neighbor is running a car repair shop and makes lots of noise at night doing body work.
Caller complained that the downspouts on house next door were directing water on to her property, and that the builder/owner had left construction debris in the front yard.
Fire Dept. states that there is trash that blows into their yard from the dumpster in the northwest corner of summit pointe appartments. Can someone take a look at this to see if any thing can be done.
Several bags of trash, old rolled up carpet, etc. have been in the back yard of this property for several weeks. Also, 1/2 of this unit my be unregistered. It used to be owner occupied, but now may be rented. This is a follow up to complaint # 17854.
