Mud is entering basement from the digging that is going on across the street.
This was reported as a water leak, but turned out to be a private sewer lateral leaking into the street.

The culvert that the city recently installed; neighborhood children are throwing the rip rap rocks that were placed at each end of the culvert, into the culvert stopping it up. Tree stump is stuck in the culvert and citizen thinks there should be netting or wire placed over the rip rap.
