The yard of this property has been in this condition since Mid-December. As this is a registered rental in the City of Bloomington, it is especially maddening as one might assume a ‘professional’ property manager was responsible for maintenance of the property. This city is nothing but a cluster . To get across the highway you either have to go start so far out north go curry Pike or so far out south and take that road and it's bullshit i'm sitting on country club right now trying to get to my daughter after having to avoid third Street and second Street and I'm actually in one lane here because of workers I'm wondering who I complain to about getting some organization to the city ...
