owner of 803 W. 5th St. is putting construction debris in the 6' westside drainage canal
The Street marker sign installed by the developer at Franklin Business Park is too small. By MUTCD standards, it should be 8" instead of 5". Also, Stop signs and One-Way signage in accordance with MUTCD standards is required along Fairfield Drive.
The speed limit sign, going southbound on N. Hinkle Road, just north of the Lake is posted at 25 mph. A traffic study needs to be done in the area for this sign to stay. Don thinks that the speed should stay reduced due to the alignment.
Illegal dumping in dumpster. He has the people's name and address.
Dumpsters overflowing. Trash everywhere.
CFC has a small apartment complex and dumpster has been pulled out of the fenced area and left to sit about 20' from her front door. It there an ordinance that says dumpsters in apartment complexes must be enclosed with a fence or some kind of covering?
The drainage ditch next to Eye Ware Designs is full of trash and debris. The drainage ditch was determined to be the State's and Mary Ellen Murphy from Planning Dept. is working with Jerry Gates on this problem.

Dumping trash in yard, etc. He called Health Dept. - they told him to call Solid Waste, they told him to call CE. Not in City Limits.
