trash in yard, complained about two weeks ago. Trash blowing into yard of neighbors, especially bad in the back, though still visible from right of way. Frustrated that we do not seem to have responded.
The residents leave their 2 trash cans out on the sidewalk all the time. The citizen has called in before and complained.
these people leave their cans out on a regular basis for days at a time. they roll into the road etc.

Courtesy Pick up on 3/18. Says was out; trash & recy were not missed. Has to be late set out; crew was through area @ 5:20. One time courtesy pick up.
