Tenants stacking garbage inbetween houses in a containment area. Tenants are not putting trash out for Sanitation to pick up. Caller afraid a rat problem will develop again.
The tenants at 809 S. Henderson are bringing there trash over and putting it in front of 807 S. Henderson without any trash stickers. The owner of 809 S. Hendrson has been putting stickers on it for them. He would like someone to go explain the process. Do not give a ticket to 809 S. Henderson if you go out there. It is not his trash.
Neighbor called says this house is not fit to live in, thinks it should be condemned. She claims there is trash everywhere and that the place is a dump. I couldn't get much more information out of her than this.
Trash has been scattered in the back yard all winter. The trash was bagged but dogs tore the bags open and the wind has taken some away.
Anonymous neighbor called to complain about trash all over this yard and blowing all over the neighborhood.
Trash uncontained and cans left at curb.
Public Works received a complaint about branches that have been in a large trash can for over 3 weeks.
Dumpsters not screened and trash overflowing behind the strip malls at 2444 S Walnut St.
Empty since July; trash all over. Water message on door notes water usage went from 1,000 gal to 8,000 gal.
Ms. Cobine stated that her neighbor's property that adjoins the back of her property has a very large brush pile measuring 7 feet high and 25 feet long. She also states that skunks and rats have made this pile their home.
