Large tree was badly damaged in an accident last weekend. Tree is in tree plot on north side of 2nd street (2nd & Ballantine). She thinks tree is salvageable but may need care, would like it looked at asap. Barbara is President of the Elm Heights Neighborhood Assn. She would like a call after it's been looked at.

Memo from Street Dept., Limbs at 620 S Ballantine in the street, but not blocking parking space; limbs at 619 S Ballantine on the side of the road. Requested we tell property owners limbs are their responsibility to bundle for yard waste pickup. The Street Dept. is now doing limb pickup as they did last year.

T####O### Resident said she went to buy stickers at K&S and they told her that since we hadn't delivered any to them on Fri, that she should just put her trash out and call us and we would pick it up without stickers.
