resident phoned in stating we have not taken his trash for 2 weeks. he's been written up for oversized can; it's a 45 gal can. he was very rude and volatile. i explained title 6 to him. he wanted to speak to a supervisor, I explained I was the supervisor. He wanted someone to come out and check out the can. I went out there with Jason Baugh @ 12:30 and the resident was not home. I left a copy of the ordinance pertaining to can size in his door.

Dumpster/trailer has been sitting in the driveway (lower) for a couple of years. is currently overflowing with trash and there is a substantial amount of debris in the area around it.
