This location is probably outside the city, but could you please relay the information to county. In addition to the overgrown branches, the sidewalk conditions just North of the overgrowth is in need of repair in 2 different locations. I'll send a couple more photos with a duplicate report. Customer reports water running down the hill in her back yard.
Customer had a backup in garage drain. Plumber cleaned out drain & told customer some of blockage was a City problem.
