I just started renting here and both my trash and recycling containers are broken on top. The lids. So the recycling especially get wet when it rains. Can I get new lids or totes since I just started my own service here?
The alley running west off Pine Street between Kirkwood and 6th has numerous potholes. it is paved where it comes off Pine and it is this section that is very rough and needs attention

Gentleman said the owners of 1210 S Walnut are allowing a lady to live in a camper on their property. He said that she does not have water or restrooms and this is unsafe.
Someone has moved a sofa into the landscaped area at the corner of Madison and Patterson. Unfortunately I wonder if someone is sleeping on it. Regardless inappropriate to have this dumped on city property.
Between houses 1210 and 1212 on South Lincoln Street, there is a section of pavement that has buckled and is allowing runoff to wash out the soil under the road and sidewalk. The size is approximately 16" X 36". It is located directly off of the curb, and near the driveway for 1212 South Lincoln St.
