Unhoused white woman 5'6" sleeps, loiters around front of the business located at 127 S. Gentry St. in the alley by the Hyatt parking garage. She is threatening staff of the store. She leaves cardboard and trash in the alley and they have witnessed her coming/going throughout the day for quite some time. Please clean up trash and relocate this woman. Olympus Properties has submitted Trespassing Affidavit with BPD.
When the curb between the bike lane and car lane was reconstructed gaps were left in the pavement. Generally the pavement repair was not done to the standard usually expected of Bloomington roads.
We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. homeless encampments are spreading throughout this area on 501 N Walnut St around peoples houses. Had filed a uReport with the number 192180 and nothing got resolved.

People who are unhoused are leaving their belongings / lots of trash in the alley of our office building. Customers/clients/pedestrians use this alley often.
