The Highland St. side of 1216 E. 2nd St has trees and vines 4 feet into the roadway. With no sidewalk, pedestrian must move far out into the street. Cars cannot park. Parking sign is obscured. Street sweepers swing around the area, creating ever more debris in the gutter.
I live on 20th street and there is no way for me to get home. north dunn and south walnut are blocked off for literally no reason and your officers are yelling at pedestrians and drivers when they have no explanation for why roads are blocked off or flashlights/wavers for cars to know when to go. this is ridiculous and inexcusable. it took me 45 minutes in a car and then 15 minutes on foot just to go to my own home. I am furious and beyond frustrated with what just happened and you need to get your shit together so this doesnt happen again.
A school zone speed limit sign is completely obscured by the overgrown bushes/tree on the north side of Hunter between Highland and Ballentine.
111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. Trash bins are blocking the sidewalks for this person in a wheelchair. I saw them try to move the trash bins, but they were instead forced into the roadway. With all of the talk about scooters and ADA accessibility, where is everyone in the discussion for all ADA access? Can you please work to make ADA access better with regards to trash collection?

Big potholes on West 7th Street just west of Rogers Street. Near where curb was recently bumped out by Fairview Elementary.
